ABOUT SHIPPING- After you checked out with your favorite items, we will prepare and dispatch it within 3 business days. Tracking number will be provided for all orders.
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on Australian orders over $65 with Standard Shipping.
- Australia Wide Standard Shipping Fee : $9
- Goods to be delivered in 2-9 days depending on location once you have tracking numbers.
ABOUT RETURNS
First and foremost, we want you to have a lovely shopping experience with us. If you are not happy about the items you received, please feel free to contact us via email Smellandsmile.candle@gmail.com
Subject to your rights at law, we will accept return of Products for refund if:
- You have received a Product from us that is different to the one you ordered
- The Products were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery to you
Please contact Smellandsmile.candle@gmail.com including a description of the damage/ your order detail and photographic evidence, within 14days of arrival. The products and packaging must be returned in an unused condition. Any products and packaging that is returned in a used condition will not be deemed faulty/damaged and you may incur additional shipping charges to return the products or if appropriate, a refund with be given within 48 hours. If the products is returned in an unused condition, we will happily replace the products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for changes of mind or on customized items. If the scent or the item you chosen is not what you like, we will happily exchange it. Exchanges will only be accepted on full price items within 14 days of purchase. Exchange is not available on purchased on sale.
To exchange your order, please email smellandsmile.candle@gmail.com with your order reference number, and the products you would like to receive. And, the price difference might occur. The original order must be returned in unused condition at the customer's own shipping expense. If there is damage to the packaging and or products, we will not be able to accept the exchange.
ABOUT CANCELLATIONS
SmellandSmile will allow cancelations of orders only in the event that they have not yet been processed.
