Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. For large orders please allow extra 2 to 3 business days to prepare.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $90 and $10 flat rate shipping Australia wide for orders under $90. 
Express shipping cost $15 with all orders.

International Shipping Rates

We are only offer international shipping to New Zealand and the fee is $25 for any orders.

In-store pick up

Local pickup is available at Calia Emporium Melbourne. 

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at smellandsmile.candle@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
